NAI Houston was formed as a result of the merger of two major Houston based commercial real estate firms, The Lewis Companies and Marnitz, Farris & Co. Prior to the merger, the two independent firms had been involved in commercial real estate for a combined 30 years. The result is an alignment of two firms to create an even stronger commercial real estate firm with more resources and expertise available to accommodate the growing needs of our clients.
