NAI Houston notes Crowded House Services, Inc. has leased 12,335 square feet at 303 Garden Oaks Blvd.  The tenant, Crowded House Services, Inc., was represented by Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston.  Steve Hazel of Insite Commercial represented the landlord, BCO Houston Industrial, Ltd.
