NAI Houston notes Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeons has leased 4,193 square feet at 7500 San Felipe.  The landlord, San Voss Properties, L.P., was represented by Steve Rocher and Kristen Rabel of CB Richard Ellis.  Dan Boyles and Josh Cheatham of NAI Houston represented the tenant. 7500 San Felipe is managed by Unilev Management.
