Rosemont Realty, LLC has recently awarded the leasing of 450 Gears Rd. (Paragon Centre - 179,954 sq. ft.) and 11767 Katy Freeway (Kirkwood Atrium Office Park II - 225,667 sq. ft.) to NAI Houston.  Sam Hansen of NAI Houston will represent the owner at these two buildings.
