NAI Houston was formed as a result of the merger of two major Houston-based commercial real estate firms, The Lewis Companies and Marnitz, Farris & Co. Prior to the merger, the two independent firms had been involved in commercial real estate for a combined thirty years. The combination is an alignment of two firms to create an even stronger commercial real estate firm with more resources and expertise available to accommodate the growing needs of our clients.

Through this partnership, NAI Houston is able to draw real estate market knowledge in literally any city in the U.S. and abroad. We then combine this local knowledge with our expertise in servicing our clients' needs.
