Client had asset that was part of a national store closing process.
Albertson’s needed a rapid sale and enough money to pay
off debts. Albertson’s tried on their own to sell the property
for many months with minimal activity and time was of the essence.
NAI Houston and Higginbotham Auctioneers combined forces and launched
an extremely aggressive market campaign that included national
mailers to users and investors. The property was auctioned and
8 bids were received. NAI Houston and Higginbotham Auctioneers
achieved a higher price than what was expected and the property
sold in 30 days.
Sold property for a high price from an out-of-state investor. Maximum
exposure was achieved by the willingness of NAI Houston and Higginbotham
