My name is Cathy Brock. I am the Senior Vice President for J.
Connor Consulting, Inc. and my main area of responsibility is our
Administrative Group, which includes facilities management.
Randy
Wilhelm (and NAI Houston) has been our broker for eleven years.
He patiently cold called us for about four years prior to
that. We were convinced we could handle our own lease negotiations,
and he was very polite when we turned him down. In 1993, when we
wanted to move from 4,500 to 7,500 square feet, we finally let
Randy (NAI Houston) help us. It was one of the best business decisions
we have made in our twenty-two years in business. After helping
us with the initial lease, he has negotiated eight expansions.
We have grown from 7,500 square feet to about 35,000 square feet.
Along the way he has performed some miracles we hoped for, but
couldn’t imagine he could really pull off.
We get many cold
calls from brokers trying to get our business. When we tell them
we aren’t changing because Randy Wilhelm
(NAI Houston) does a great job for us, they don’t even put
up an argument. Randy (and NAI Houston) has earned our business
and will be our broker for as long as he wants to be.
