Brian A. Kaplan is an Associate with Retail Brokerage Services for Partners Commercial Realty, L.P. d/b/a NAI Houston. Prior to joining, NAI Houston, Brian worked at the Staubach Company (since acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle) in Austin and Dallas where he gained quality brokerage experience assisting some of the top producing brokers in both cities.

Born and raised in Houston, Brian has an extensive knowledge of the Houston submarkets, thereby enabling him to assist landlords and tenants with their varying retail leasing needs. Brian has earned recognition from his colleagues as a result of a strong work ethic, “whatever it takes” attitude and his knack for recognizing the unique needs for his clients. Alongside a successful and experienced team at NAI Houston, Brian is well-suited to provide landlords and tenants superior, client-focused representation. Brian specializes in tenant representation, third party landlord representation and site selection.
