W. Charles Blaschke is an Associate with Retail Brokerage Services for NAI Houston. Charles has been working in the commercial real estate business for four years.

Mr. Blaschke specializes in third party landlord representation, tenant representation, site selection, market analysis, as well as disposition of excess real estate.

Charles was a leasing agent with The Weitzman Group where he focused on project leasing and third party leasing, as well as assisting the Houston office president with numerous national tenant rep accounts.

Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Charles interned at Levcor, where he assisted top producing brokers with day to day activities including tenant representation and project leasing, gaining expertise in both of these areas.

Charles has brought his experience to NAI Houston, focusing on landlord representation and leasing and tenant representation.

Charles graduated with honors from Texas State University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
