Dustin Gillioz is an Associate in the Industrial Brokerage Services Division of NAI Houston. He focuses on tenant and buyer representation, project marketing, property dispositions, build-to-suit evaluations, sale-leaseback, and investment transactions. Dustin teams with John Ferruzzo, Principal – Industrial Division Leader and Chris Kugle, Senior Associate. Their collective experience and synergetic approach allows them to achieve the most favorable and cost-effective results for their clients.

Prior to joining NAI Houston, Dustin spent three years specializing in national tenant representation with a Dallas-based corporate real estate services firm. During that time, he represented corporate users in over twenty markets throughout the country and worked with notable clients including CEVA Logistics, Eastman Chemical, JV Industrial Companies, Windstream Communications, Oncor Electric Delivery, Cypress Communications, Trustmark Insurance Company, Ciena Corporation, and Benco Dental.
