Wylie & Associates, a well established Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Consulting Engineering Firm based in Houston enlisted the services of NAI Houston to relocate their office space at 6161 Savoy leasing 15,733 square feet.

This project posed scheduling and budget challenges due to unforeseen site conditions. A considerable amount of asbestos was discovered prior to construction. NAI Houston relied on experience and contract negotiations to maintain the project schedule and budget. This was accomplished by competitively bidding and releasing the demo portion of the work while allowing adequate time to competitively bid the tenant improvement work. As a result of prompt and efficient management, the Wylie Project was delivered on time and within budget.
