What is it...

The Sealed Bid Sale is an effective marketing program utilized to speed up the sale process by creating a sense of urgency and competition among the largest pool qualified buyers. Investors and their brokers will have access to due diligence items in the form of a Property Information Package (PIP) at least 30 days prior to the Bid Offer Deadline. A PIP is created for every property and is available on the web site and also in hard copy upon request. It includes property information, tour date schedules, Terms and conditions of the sale, a preliminary title report and a contract.

The Aggressive Marketing Campaign will utilize the power of the NAI Global network to access one of the largest databases of qualified buyers worldwide. NAI combines local knowledge, expertise and relationships of 5,000 professionals in 325 offices with access to private, institutional and corporate investors in 44 countries.
